Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and FlowFrame, a sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen) operated by Jeremy Lopes dos Santos, registered in Austria. Full business details are on our Contact page. By creating an account or using FlowFrame, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to create a FlowFrame account, the minimum age for consenting to online services under Austrian and EU data protection law. If you are between 14 and 18, you may only use FlowFrame, and make purchases, with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using FlowFrame you confirm you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

FlowFrame lets you generate images and videos using third-party AI models, based on the photos, video frames, and instructions you provide. FlowFrame is built and operated independently on our own infrastructure (Supabase, Vercel, and Stripe), using fal.ai as our AI generation provider.

3. Your Account

You need a FlowFrame account to use the service. You agree to:

• Keep one account per person, no sharing or reselling accounts
• Provide accurate information when signing up
• Keep your login credentials secure, you are responsible for activity under your account
• Notify us at support@flowframe.pro immediately of any unauthorized access
• Not use bots or automated systems to create accounts or access the service without our permission

4. Subscriptions, Credits & Payments

Subscription plans

• Subscriptions renew automatically every month until cancelled
• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance that resets on your renewal date
• Unused monthly subscription credits do not roll over

Credits

• Each generation consumes credits, the amount depends on the tool and output type
• Subscription credits are used first, then any purchased top-up credits
• Purchased top-up credits do not expire and carry over across billing periods

Payments & taxes

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You authorize recurring charges for active subscriptions. Prices are shown in USD and may be subject to VAT or other local taxes depending on your billing location, added at checkout where applicable. You are responsible for any taxes not collected by us. Failed payments may result in suspension of your subscription until resolved.

Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. Because FlowFrame delivers digital content and services immediately (credits become usable and generations begin processing right away), by starting a paid subscription or purchasing a credit package you expressly request that we begin performance immediately and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once the digital service has been fully or partly performed.

Refunds

• No refunds for partial subscription months or unused credits, beyond the withdrawal right above
• We may issue refunds at our discretion for technical issues that prevented you from accessing the service you paid for
• Statutory warranty rights under Austrian consumer law are not affected by this policy

5. Acceptable Use

You may use FlowFrame for personal or commercial purposes, within your credit limits, and save, download, and use your generated outputs. You may not:

• Use FlowFrame for illegal activity or to facilitate crime
• Generate child sexual abuse material or any other illegal content
• Create content that harasses, threatens, defames, or harms others
• Generate deceptive depictions of real, identifiable people without their consent
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the service
• Resell or sublicense access to FlowFrame without our permission
• Use bots or scrapers against the service without authorization
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• Generate spam, phishing content, or malware
• Circumvent credit limits or usage restrictions
• Impersonate others or provide false information

6. Content & Intellectual Property

You keep ownership of the photos, frames, and instructions you upload, and you confirm you have the right to use them. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and full payment, you own the content FlowFrame generates for you. Because AI models are probabilistic, similar outputs may be generated for other users from similar inputs, we do not guarantee exclusivity of any output. We retain all rights to the FlowFrame tool, website, and underlying technology itself.

7. AI Content Disclaimer & Transparency

FlowFrame generates content using third-party AI models. Outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or contain artifacts, and AI models can reflect biases present in their training data. Review outputs before relying on or publishing them. FlowFrame does not provide professional advice of any kind, always consult a qualified professional for medical, legal, or financial decisions. In line with EU AI Act transparency requirements, remember that content produced with FlowFrame is AI-generated or AI-manipulated, and you are responsible for disclosing this where required when you publish or distribute it, for example when sharing synthetic images or video of real people. Files you download from FlowFrame contain machine-readable metadata identifying them as AI-generated, in line with Article 50 of the EU AI Act. Please do not remove this marking.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep FlowFrame available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or outages at a provider we rely on, including fal.ai, Supabase, Vercel, or Stripe. Credits are not refunded for brief interruptions.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it, including how your inputs are sent to fal.ai for processing.

10. Warranties & Liability

FlowFrame is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of FlowFrame is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or excludes any statutory rights that Austrian or EU consumer protection law grants you and that cannot be waived.

11. Termination

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard, you keep access until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, fail to pay, or engage in illegal activity. Generated content and account data may be deleted 30 days after account closure, see our Privacy Policy for details.

12. Email Communications

By using FlowFrame you agree to receive essential service emails (billing, credit alerts, security, legal notices). You can opt out of marketing emails at any time, essential service emails will continue.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will announce material changes by email or in-app notice at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected, and you may bring claims before the courts of your own place of residence. For business customers, the competent courts in Graz, Austria have exclusive jurisdiction. Before taking legal action, please contact us at support@flowframe.pro so we can try to resolve the issue directly. The European Commission also provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
