Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and FlowFrame, a sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen) operated by Jeremy Lopes dos Santos, registered in Austria. Full business details are on our Contact page. By creating an account or using FlowFrame, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to create a FlowFrame account, the minimum age for consenting to online services under Austrian and EU data protection law. If you are between 14 and 18, you may only use FlowFrame, and make purchases, with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using FlowFrame you confirm you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

FlowFrame turns the photos, video frames and instructions you provide into finished images and videos using AI. We use carefully selected service providers for hosting, payments and AI processing. Our Privacy Policy lists them and explains how your data is handled.

3. Your Account

You need a FlowFrame account to use the service. You agree to:

• Keep one account per person, no sharing or reselling accounts
• Provide accurate information when signing up
• Keep your login credentials secure, you are responsible for activity under your account
• Notify us at support@flowframe.pro immediately of any unauthorized access
• Not use bots or automated systems to create accounts or access the service without our permission

4. Plans, Production Allowance & Payments

4.1 Plans

• Plans renew automatically every month, or every year on yearly billing, until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You can keep using your plan until then.
• Each plan includes a monthly production allowance, shown on the pricing page when you buy. It is counted in finished outputs: Enhanced Photos, Creative Looks, Videos and, depending on your plan, Build Reveals.
• Your allowance renews every month, also on yearly billing.
• If you upgrade, the extra monthly allowance of the bigger plan is added right away and the price difference is charged. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.

4.2 Unused allowance

• Unused allowance carries over to the next month, up to the amount of one monthly allowance per output type. You can never hold more than two months of allowance per output type.
• When your plan ends, any remaining plan allowance ends with it.

4.3 Extra photos, videos and Build Reveals

• With an active plan you can buy extra photos, extra videos and Build Reveals. Prices are shown before you buy.
• Your monthly allowance is always used first, then your extras.
• Extras do not expire. You can use them while you have an active plan. If your plan ends or a payment fails, your extras stay in your account and can be used again once your plan is active.
• Extras are linked to your account and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.

4.4 Free trial

• New users can try FlowFrame for free with a limited number of outputs and no payment card. The current amount is shown on the website.
• One free trial per person and device. We may refuse or end a trial if we believe it is being misused.

4.5 Failed generations

If a generation fails on our side, for example if no result is delivered or the result is broken, the output is not counted and is returned to your allowance. A video counts as one output. If single parts of a video fail, you can create them again inside the same video at no extra cost.

4.6 Payments and taxes

Payments are processed by our payment provider. You authorize recurring charges for active plans. Prices are shown in USD before VAT. VAT is added at checkout as required by law, based on your location and on whether you buy as a consumer or as a business. Business customers in the EU outside Austria with a valid VAT ID are billed without VAT under the reverse charge procedure. If a payment fails, your plan is paused until the payment goes through.

4.7 Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract.

FlowFrame starts right after purchase. At checkout we ask you to (1) expressly request that we start before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, and (2) confirm that you know you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided, and that if you withdraw earlier you pay for the part already provided.

If you withdraw within 14 days after this request and before the service has been fully provided, we refund what you paid minus a proportionate amount for the service already provided. We calculate that amount from the share of the allowance you have already used in that period.

We confirm your request and this information by email after your purchase.

4.8 Refunds

• Apart from the right of withdrawal above, there are no refunds for partial billing periods or unused allowance.
• We may refund at our discretion if a technical problem prevented you from using what you paid for.
• Your statutory warranty rights under Austrian consumer law are not affected.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use FlowFrame for personal or commercial purposes, within your plan allowance, and save, download, and use your generated outputs. You may not:

• Use FlowFrame for illegal activity or to facilitate crime
• Generate child sexual abuse material or any other illegal content
• Create content that harasses, threatens, defames, or harms others
• Generate deceptive depictions of real, identifiable people without their consent
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the service
• Resell or sublicense access to FlowFrame without our permission
• Use bots or scrapers against the service without authorization
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• Generate spam, phishing content, or malware
• Circumvent allowance limits, trial limits or usage restrictions
• Impersonate others or provide false information

6. Content & Intellectual Property

You keep ownership of the photos, frames, and instructions you upload, and you confirm you have the right to use them. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and full payment, you own the content FlowFrame generates for you. Because AI models are probabilistic, similar outputs may be generated for other users from similar inputs, we do not guarantee exclusivity of any output. We retain all rights to the FlowFrame tool, website, and underlying technology itself.

7. AI Content Disclaimer & Transparency

FlowFrame generates content using third-party AI models. Outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or contain artifacts, and AI models can reflect biases present in their training data. Review outputs before relying on or publishing them. FlowFrame does not provide professional advice of any kind, always consult a qualified professional for medical, legal, or financial decisions. In line with EU AI Act transparency requirements, remember that content produced with FlowFrame is AI-generated or AI-manipulated, and you are responsible for disclosing this where required when you publish or distribute it, for example when sharing synthetic images or video of real people. Files you download from FlowFrame contain machine-readable metadata identifying them as AI-generated, in line with Article 50 of the EU AI Act. Please do not remove this marking.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep FlowFrame available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues or outages at service providers we rely on. Brief interruptions do not lead to a refund of allowance.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, which service providers process it and how your inputs are processed to create your results.

10. Warranties & Liability

FlowFrame is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of FlowFrame is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or excludes any statutory rights that Austrian or EU consumer protection law grants you and that cannot be waived.

11. Termination

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard, you keep access until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, fail to pay, or engage in illegal activity. Generated content and account data may be deleted 30 days after account closure, see our Privacy Policy for details.

12. Email Communications

By using FlowFrame you agree to receive essential service emails (billing, credit alerts, security, legal notices). You can opt out of marketing emails at any time, essential service emails will continue.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will announce material changes by email or in-app notice at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected, and you may bring claims before the courts of your own place of residence. For business customers, the competent courts in Graz, Austria have exclusive jurisdiction. Before taking legal action, please contact us at support@flowframe.pro so we can try to resolve the issue directly. The European Commission also provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
